Privacy policy

This application uses item photos and notes to identify products, estimate prices and create listings in the connected eBay seller account.

Information used

We use your ChatGPT account identifier to keep your workspace separate from other users. We process uploaded item photographs, listing notes and the minimum eBay account permissions needed to create and manage listings. eBay sign-in credentials are entered only on eBay and are never collected by this application.

Storage and sharing

Listings, photos, upload drafts, batch queues and SKU counters are stored in cloud storage under your account. eBay authorization tokens and AI keys are encrypted and stored separately for each account. Product photos and notes are sent to OpenAI when you request AI identification. Listing information is sent to eBay for the requested workflow. Information is not sold. Old device data is copied only when you confirm an import, and its original local backup is retained.

Control

You can revoke access from your eBay account permissions at any time. Removing authorization stops the application from accessing or changing eBay listings.
